I have the pleasure of attending three Papa Roach shows over the past three years, and was able to meet band members. See my blog for a story of my first time to meet the band and why I'll always love PR.
While I was disappointed that they didn't have VIP for their most recent show in Biloxi in Dec 09, I still had a blast and did get to meet Tobin coming off the bus. In the event that I do get to meet PR again, I will give my heart felt thanks for being such a fan friendly band, making kick ass records and putting on a show to die for.
bloodaxe99 is a male Radiographer from Pascagoula, MS. He has been on the planet since 1975, making him 35 years old. He has been a Papa Roach member for 21 months.

When I arrived at a bar at Wharf, a local radio station TK101 was setting up to broadcast as they were having a meet and greet with the bands Seether, Papa Roach and Stained. Cool! We may see the band members when they come. I didn't know about the fact that they would be drawing for patrons to meet the bands. I registered and waited for the drawing. Little later, I look over and here...

That was at the Wharf in Orange Beach AL. Funny story. The band was there for a radio Interview. The station drew ten people to meet the band. My luck, I wasn't one of the winners. After the interview, the band is waiting for the radio guy to come back. Jacobi's chanting, "Bring on the winners, bring on the winners." I yell over "What about the losers?" Jacobi says "They're all over here." I respond with "I'm a loser too, I didn't get drawn to meet the band." Jacobi says, "well, come on over." So, I get about 15 minutes alone with the band to shoot the shit and get my pic taken. When radio guy gets back, he's pissed that I'm there and tells me to leave. Jacobi said it was cool, asked the guy for a pic of the band and everyone signed it for me. Awesome experience.
