OMG!! i am such a clutz =) when i was basing a girl at cheer practice, we tried to push it up to an extension..... well that didn't happen! i got her up and my wrist just totally gave out! then later that night my wrist swelled up big time..... i wrapped it up and it still fucking hurts! now im at a match and i can't do the coolio cup passing thingy magigy =( and i cant do any of that fun stuff...
