dude beef and rice its simple to make just cook the rice then the hamberger and after its done u can put chesse on it and melt it also taco bell fire sauce is really good with it

pretty much it's just pasta [rotini! woo] broccoli, chicken, and broccoli cheese soup baked into a casserole with crumbly stuff on top..I'm sure you can make it up as you go along...can't really turn out bad!
