  for the glitter graphics, i went to www.glitter-graphics.com . when you go there, there should be a link on the left side of the site that says "Text Generator". When you click on that, you can pick what kind of letters you want. After that, you can get the code for it and just copy and paste it onto your profile :)

  to put up photos, you can make an account at www.photobucket.com . when you upload photos on there, they will have a code underneath them. copy that code onto your profile and your pictures should show up. hope this helps and if you have any questions, i'll be happy to answer them :)
