Awesome show last night! Papa Roach never lets anyone down. We actually had VIP so we had a chance to meet them. They are so down to earth and so nice. We had a GREAT soundcheck too! Couldnt have been any better. Always satisfied with P ROACH!

I normally don't geek out about a show but papa roach was amazing. I wish I would've paid for the meet and greet.

last night's show was amazing. high energy as always! always a good time. even converted a friend of mine to a papa roach fan.

the meet and greet and soundcheck were a lot of fun. met some very cool people while waiting in line. of course, when it was my turn to go behind the curtain, i almost froze. i had 2 questions and wanted to tell them how bad ass they are... and nothing. what an idiot!!! i did better when i met rob "metal god" halford, go figure.

anyway, if the guys happen to read this post please know that "i think you are BAD ASS." thank you for making the night extra special.

GOD LAST NIGHT'S SHOW WAS AWESOME!!!! I didn't get down in the pit because my dad was with my friend and I and junk but it was still fun as HELL!!!!! I was right behind the sound guy lookin' like an idiot in mah new bandana XD! Morningwood was . . . interesting . . . their chick kept yelling "TAKE YOU CLOTHES OFF!!!" to the chick she pulled up on stage! Jet was alright, never really been a huge fan of them but JESUS CHRIST ON A SURFBOARD, P-ROACH BLEW THE MOTHERFUCKIN' ROOF OF THAT BITCH!!!!! God, I love those boys though the damn sound guy shoulda turned Jerry up! ;D

Coby was such a sweetie too, tellin' us 'thank you' close to a million times, really meaning it.

So fucking great! they just get better and better if that is even possible! the show was beautiful! the crowd loud and rowdy!! and at times singing along so loudly that they/we were drowning out the guys! at points jacoby would just stop and let the crowd sing it and then almost like a proud dad applaud us and smile at what the band had created! Just another testament to them possibly being the greatest live band ever! Meeting them was way cool just dont expect them to be normal guys. THEY NEED TO HEADLINE MORE BECAUSE THEY WERE BUILT FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry but i dont know(read cant remember) the exact set list but it was lots off meta and some old stand bys ...deadcell gawm she loves me not iatytily scars forever angels and insects and the eternal closer last resort were the finally. and dont forget broken home or time is running out or had enough or lifeline or change or die and to be loved and lots more! like i said memory is hurting along with lots of other parts! thanks and hi to everyone i met last night you were cool and hope that we can run into eachother at another show!

NEW BLOG! Well here for those who are to lazy to go to my page LOL
BTW, Not the sweetest language in this post :)

So right off the bat when we got there we found the red bus, unfortunately it drove away as soon as we got close. HAH, But thankfully they were just parking 10 feet around the corner so we followed it, and waited….after all we did have 2 hours till we had to get in line. First Save A Ho came out and waved but he seemed in a bit of a rush and went right inside. Then, Jacoby came out and said thanks for the brownies but again he was rushed because he was doing an interview over the phone. But, thank god he took the brownies because my hands were so tired LOL. We waited for Jerry and Tobin but then some girl brought in two plates of food and we figured they were eating so we went to stand in line.

2 hours later we heard had enough through the stage doors ;) Supposedly the real sound check was a sound check for the sound check with the fans if that makes sense (re-read if you need to understand xD) But we were right by the doors so we were singing along haha. Then OMFG! It was a miracle…..The line moved 3 feet! Yeah we were in line for quite a while. So everything was either rushed or pushed back in order to deal with all the VIP stuff. Some guy said that the venue hadn’t gotten the list for all the people who ordered their tickets on the site yet so basically it was the venues fault, not the people that ran the VIP. We finally got our VIP Passes then waited another good 35 minutes I would say before we actually started moving in for the sound check. Got right up front and I gotta say, either people didn’t care or some showed up late because there were less at sound check than there were at the M&G.

Well they played and acoustic set for sound check and talked about …well I will upload pix and video and put the link HERE. On the way out I caught ray ray right before he got through the doors. I told him to come out later because I would most def. be waiting. ;) And I swear he must have more fans than the guys hahahaha.
After that it was back outside for more waiting. The venue got the tickets I guess so we picked those up and got in line for the M&G…The long almost 45 minute wait till we were on the STAIRS(where yet again I saw Ray and he said that after he was done setting up at the end he would put on some hat and come out for pix ;) made me smile)…then we waited but it was all worth it. Me and my friend were laughing at the fact that Tobin made a heart with his fingers to her, then he leaned over to Tony and said “I just made a heart” LOL. Jacoby was the only one that said anything about the brownies, either he kept them to himself or the guys just didn’t know it was me because I only handed it to Jacoby when he walked out. OH, and SAVE A HO!!! Lol we had a bond through the fork bracelet haha. He said he lost his though D: And I talked to Jerry about twitter HAHAHA! Overall it was completely worth the 100$ and the long ass wait ;)

Then we headed back out AGAIN to get in line for the concert. This was I’d have to say the fastest wait of the night we got in within 15 minutes of standing out there. Right up against the barricade too ;) but then can you guess what happened next? MORE WAITING! Since they were so behind at the venue the M&G’s were still going on upstairs ;) which was okay ‘cuz we had a clear shot of the guys =). Chatted with some roaches and waited till they let the rest of the people inside. Then it got packed.

Kill Hannah was up first and the only song I knew was Lips Like Morphine (which they played last) haha so yeah. They surprised me with how good they were live.

Then it was time for Morning Wood. I thought they would SUCK live…You don’t know how right I was. There were 5 year olds and shit there and yeah I know it is inside a bar basically and every band’s lyrics weren’t exactly G rated but the singer was just acting like a complete slut the whole time. IDK if that’s just part of the show but w/e, I did not enjoy it.

Next, JET….(BTW I have to say the crew set up fast…at other shows it was like 25-40 minutes in between shows but this time it was 20 TOPS). Again JET surprised me, they were really good live and I enjoyed the three songs I knew haha.

Here’s the thing I don’t mind moshing at all ;) But when you place both of your hands on my back in between a set(yeah no reason to even mosh then unless you were really excited to see that guy that sets up Tobin’s bass) and PUSH ME that’s where I draw the line. I just turned around and told this damn preppy slut to please stop. As soon as I turned back around she did it again…You don’t know how hard it was for me not to fucking knock that bitch right on her ass! Although I would have been doing her a favor ‘cuz everyone’s legs were tired. As I turned back around that little smirk on her face was all the fuel the fire needed. I’m not sure exactly what happened but it was along the lines of me yelling “BITCH YOU FUCKING PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME ONE MORE TIME AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS…I WILL KNOCK YOUR ASS OUT!!!” and she stopped amazingly. I wonder why? ;P But whatever.

By this time I think all the roaches around me were dead as was I because we had been standing for a good 9 hours. Somehow as soon as the lights went out and Papa Roach’s intro Days Of War started all the pain was gone, no one was tired, and we all gave them an AMAZING crowd…or at least in the front row. We were all jumping and screaming singing LOUDER than PROACH! Lol My voice was gone half way though but I somehow managed to scream SEXY MOTHERFUCKERS when I felt they could hear it :D. During scars and broken home I had actually broken down, screaming the lyrics as tears ran down my face, when Jacoby walked over to my side and saw that I was crying you could tell he felt my pain…after that a huge smile was brought to my face not just because of the fact I was enjoying my favorite band or that jacoby had looked at me more than a few times during the set but as I mouthed I LOVE YOU *reaches out hand to Tobin* he mouthed it back ;). As soon as it was over I was so sad..and kind of like NAH THEY CAN’T LEAVE NOW…they didn’t even play last resort….so we all started chanting PAPA ROACH PAPA ROACH PAPA ROACH PAPA ROACH ( you get the idea) and about 3 minutes later sure enough they came back out….Into the Light was the first encore. Let me tell you how hard it is to split down the middle when there is literally no room to even put your arms to the side but as far as I could see…We managed! After that was of course LAST RESORT. The pit exploded. It seemed only 10 people out of that whole building cared about the other bands because we by far conquered overall! It was an amazing night and I will never forget it.

When we got outside the plan was to go to McDonald’s and then come back to the buses when we got a drink. But those plans were soon ruined. Well for one McDonald’s was closed lol and two …well let’s just say we had to leave (don’t want to get into it).

Can’t wait to see the guys again (hopefully when they are in Erie or in Vegas LOL ;D) And for all of you that haven’t seen PAPA ROACH live before. I highly recommend it.
